Swift Ponds Update and Access Procedure
Tom Lund, RMC NAVHDA Director of Promotions and Fundraising, 2009

This year, RMC NAVHDA will have access to Swift Ponds Monday afternoons
from noon until dark, and the Fort Collins Retriever Club will have access to the
property Tuesday afternoons from noon until dark starting April 1st and ending
October 31st.

Tom Lund, Pete McIntosh, and Tom Swezey will receive by email the code for
the gate lock Monday mornings sometime before noon. You can call Tom on his
cell phone 303-885-8908 to get the code, or you can call Pete McIntosh at
303-915-7382 or Tom Swezey at 970-215-1271. You will need the access code
to gain entry through the gate.

As you are well aware, Swift Ponds serves not only CYO, but many other youth
oriented non-profit organizations. We need to help CYO keep the property
looking its best so it may provide the best experience possible. Many of you
have been using the property for many years, but some behavior detrimental to
the property has been noticed by Brad Wright, CYO Program Manager. Please
keep the following things in mind.

· Keep all vehicle traffic to established roads and parking areas while keeping
to an appropriate speed.

· Absolutely no ATVs of any kind are permitted.

· Do not block the main gate or any service road leading to the fields.

· Please be respectful of other user groups.

Access will be denied if we are not respectful of the property. Thanks for your
understanding!
