Daisy, Cedarwoods Maid of Honor, is a 6 year old Pudelpointer. She earned her UT Prize 1 204 at 3 years 5 months. She works at close-to-medium range depending on the cover and terrain. Her biddable, cooperative nature makes her one of the best pheasant hunting dogs I have seen. On the rare occasion (joke intended) that her hunting companion knocks down a crippled bird, she loves to track them down whether it's a duck in an icy marsh or a wily rooster. She's very affectionate, a fantastic pet and a real sweetheart of a dog. She is my first gun dog and has been very forgiving to a first-time trainer learning the ropes of NAVHDA. |
